Danke!

Plusquamperfekt klingt hier seltsam.

Since no one really knows how the ancient Greeks pronounced things it's debatable.  AFAIK Erasmus of Rotterdam devised one definitive guide.  Johann Reuchlin is known for a different approach.  Even teachers and scholars of Greek don't agree and their pronunciation is often influenced by their native language and the teachings of whoever they studied under.

But in German you dont say "Cliquenmensch", sondern eher "Mitlied" einer Gruppe/Clique oder Cliquenmitglied.

Its a person, who spends its day with the same people.

Example:

Clique consists of Melanie, Susanne, Peter and Matthew.

>> Melanie is a member of the group > Melanie ist ein Mitglied der Clique.

I have been given to understand that the German "Clique" is quite outdated and not used by today's youngsters any more.

In English all I can think of is "peer group" - e.g. http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/physical_health/child_development/teen_...

... because here tasty home cooking we know from our mothers is prepared, even though many lokantas are ruled by men.

If you have a "Depot" with your bank for stocks and bonds they don't necessarily store the physical documents.  They just list your name in a file of owners.  So I assume this is for actual physical items.
