What would the German translation of the term "white-out" be, a correctional liquid widely-used in the typewriter age? Anybody remember?

Q: How do you find out a blonde used your computer?
A: By the Tipp-Ex stains she left on the screen.

Sorry - stupid joke :-)  just occured to me.
Tipp-Ex again - for the last time :-)  #141267

Alos, white-out would not be used in Britain or Ireland; there we say Tipp-Ex.

otherwise I would need a part-time job to cover the cost of water, I must have drunk 3 litres yesterday.  But I should not complain... last winter was my first winter in Munich and I have NEVER been so cold.... I need to enjoy this heat before the LONG, COLD  winter comes back again.

No no, the long cold winter will be in Munich. Ireland has long, wet winters. Not sure which is worse.  #141374
