My problem is that I have to translate a text that describes some functions of Microsoft Word. And I only have a German version but need the corresponding English menu items. I have most of them, but not all. :-(
Anybody using an English version who uses file properties in text will find this menu item. When the cursor is over such a field it is included int he menu. It is the one with an exclamation mark.

"Insert" (or something like that).
<Insert><Field> will give you many options. Just use one that makes sense to you, maybe one of the "Date" options. That information is put right into your document at cursor position. The content usually shows a gray background. When you place the cursor over that gray background and use <right mouse click> you will get a pop-up menu with several items. One has an exclamation mark that will say something like "refresh fields" or "refresh data". I only need the name of that item.
