Antwort: | slight problem | #319232 |
I have an ever so slight problem with both "guest room" and "dining room". A 'guest room' is generally a 'Schlafzimmer für Gäste' in English and a 'dining room' is an 'Esszimmer'. If I am catching the gist of what dani is saying, he/she is meaning a 'lounge' or 'living room' here. dani, unfortunately room would always be the word-of-choice. 'Parlor' or 'chamber' do no fit. I hope that helps. :) |
Antwort: | dining lounge ? | #319234 |
Antwort: | If... | #319235 |
...one is talking about a place to eat AND it is a commercial setting. |
Chat: | it pertained to Räumlichkeiten in a gourmet 'historic' restaurant | #319295 |
that's why none of the answers really fit the situtation, but thanks anyway.....guest rooms and lounge didn't really suit the situation. already sent, formulated the sentence without using the term....much thanks anyway. |
