Frage: | Lasche nach dem Schweissen von Pos.15 von Hand biegen und schweissen | |
My translation is " The fishplate should be bended by hand and welded after the item 15 being welded." Could you please help me check the translation and give me some advices. Thanks in advance! |
Antwort: | Why "should be?" | #567353 |
Once pos. 15 has been welded bend the lug/tongue <fishplate if this is for railroad use> by had and weld it. After welding pos. 15 manually bend the tongue and weld it. There are many possibilites for "Lasche." Some others would be: strap, joint bar, plate, tie, etc. Your German instruction is pretty straightforward, so there's no need to turn it into passive. It would be better if you could find out what this 'tongue' should be welded to. bent is the usual past participle for bend. "bended" is possible but archaic for most uses. |
