I don't think they have a cart. It would be too difficult to make fresh donuts in a cart. My guess is Henry H. saw "Market" and assumed the Doughnuttery was making donuts on an open market like a Wochenmarkt (if those are still around). | ||

Lllama, yes, the place is tiny. You could call it a "stand" and not be incorrect. But "cart" just doesn't work since carts are on sidewalks and parking lots and generally disappear in the evening. But like you, I'm wondering where Henry got the "cart" from. I can't see or hear it on video. | ||

http://www.yelp.com/biz/doughnuttery-new-york "It's not really a "shop," per say, but more like a food cart minus the wheels." In Northern Germany that would colloquially be called a "Bude" or "Marktbude." Unfortunately that is turned into "Verkausstand" in most written sources. | ||
