to be on straight line

Hello forum,

we have received a mail from our client (US).
your work looks like an uneven line. No problem, you're a beginner. You will learn the things slowly and understand how it should be; like a straight line. then things will come up on straight line

It is understood what he said. I guess it is like "fall into place". Could you please say how we translate "things will be on straight line" in German? In Ordrnung sein is the usual way ... any other options? Many thanks in advance

The English is quite weird. What is meant by "Your work looks like an uneven line"? Is somebody trying to do freehand technical drawing or something?
"You will learn the things slowly"?
"come up on straight line"?
The writer could not possibly be a native English speaker. If we knew the writer's native language, we might be able to guess what is intended here with "uneven line" or "straight line".
It is not about drawing.   #802394

unfortunately we don't know what his native is.and we are not that close to him to ask about it. I think our work was not up to the mark (like improperly aligned line. A straight line is perfect line without any bend/curves breaks) .... can you understand now  what he mentioned

the client is from South America ....Thank you

uneven line > inconsistent quality, hit and miss
straight line > ? straight off the line (in good quality)

Ist vielleicht so etwas wie geradlinig gemeint?

South America: so probably Spanish, maybe Portuguese.
Lisa's suggestion had occurred to me, but it does not seem to fit in with "you're a beginner".
Perhaps somebody who knows Spanish can work out whether there is some idiom or figurative usage here. I have tried to track "línea" plus even or straight all over wiki with no real success. Still makes no sense to me.

not linea but "fila derecho" (Like getting all your ducks in a row / line.)
