To express "Anton is a boy and Bernhard is a boy." in another way:
 1) "Both, Anton and Bernhard are boys."
 2) "Anton and Bernhard are both boys."
 3) "Anton is a boy as well as Bernhard is a boy."
 4) "Anton is a boy as well as Bernhard is one."
 5) "Anton is a boy as well as Bernhard is it."
 6) "Anton is a boy as well as Bernhard is."
 7) "Anton is a boy as well as Bernhard."
 8) "Anton is a boy. So is Bernhard."
 9) "Anton is a boy and Bernhard is one, too."
10) "Anton is a boy and Bernhard is it, too."
11) "Anton is a boy and Bernhard is, too."
12) "Anton is a boy and Bernhard, too."

1. Both Anton and Bernhard are boys - no comma, otherwise ok.
2. Yes
3. No
4. No
5. No
6. No
7. See no. 12, but this is more equally ambiguous.
8. Yes
9. Yes
10. No
11. Yes
12. Grammatically correct, but it could be understood to mean that Anton is a boy and Anton is also Bernhard. If spoken, the stress in the sentence would make a difference to how it it understood. But generally a sentence with the structure something is X and Y(,) too would mean that the thing is both X and Y, not that the thing and Y are both X.
