I think yes. Cf. search on sites of British legislative acts Google: "Without success" site:legislation.gov.uk or UK judgments https://www.bailii.org/form/search_multidatabase.html (use the multidatabase search, searching through the google "site:..." functionality does not work here). However, a much more common alternative would be "In case of failure, ..." Google: "in case of failure" site:legislation.gov.uk ...in which case your sentence would contain two words of "failure" which might be understood as cumbersome.. So I would reword the "Begründungsmangel".. | ||
