Frage: | Trainings | |
4;(native) US English speakers, how do you feel about trainings as a plural of training? I've recently seen trainings used by a native UK English speaker, but I still don't think it's generally acceptable in British English (especially not in formal British English), where training is treated as uncountable. I've heard that trainings (and therefore presumably a training) is acceptable in US English. Do you agree? |

The examples given seems to be slang, where "trainings" is short for "training sessions". I am a native US English speaker and I have never heard of this before. |
